The staff were very kind and nice. The room was spacious, with extremely comfy bed and a shower, a bidet, and bath sheets in the bathroom.

Magnificent and perfect location just close to Vang Vieng Elephant Sanctuary. Had family room with a big shower.
Beds were dirty.

Everything was perfect, nice location very close to shops and restaurants, incredible experience. The room was reasonably large and huge and had a stunningly beautiful view of the Vang Vieng mountains. Had such facilities, like climate control and a dining area.
